Grove House Telephone Systems

The Partners and Practice Manager have listened to our patients and their concerns.  Many patients have found it difficult to get through on the telephones and often find that the phone continually rings with no way of knowing if it will be answered.
With the help and input from the Grove House Patient Group we have been able to upgrade our telephone systems.
From the 11th August 2015 when you call Grove House Surgery and want an appointment you will be placed in a queue.  You will receive an automated message telling you what number in the queue you have been placed.  This means you will be able to make an informed decision whether to continue to hold or call back at a less busy period. 
Please note that our telephones are busy all day, although between 8.30am and 10.30am they are at their busiest. 
We hope that the new telephone system will mean less patients queuing outside in the rain to book an appointment.
