I was born and raised in Essex and studied medicine in London, and did my GP Training in Chichester. I have been at Grove House since I qualified as a GP, initially as a Salaried GP and subsequently as a Partner. I have a particular interest in mental health, lifestyle and behaviour change and work with the British Society of Lifestyle Medicine as a Regional Director. I also enjoy education, and am a GP Trainer, a Training Programme Director for the Coastal West Sussex GP Training Scheme.
